Terms & Conditions — wd138 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 To register and maintain a wd138 account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by wd138 or any recognised responsible-gaming body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or as a professional gambler operating under a commercial arrangement with any other person.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of wd138 or its affiliated entities.

2.2 wd138 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one wd138 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended. Outstanding balances will be reviewed and may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP or passport), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wd138 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your wd138 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. wd138 reserves the right to retain account records as required by its data retention policy.

4.1 wd138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. No withdrawal will be authorised until a Member has completed KYC to the satisfaction of wd138's compliance team.

4.2 KYC verification typically requires the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet showing the account holder's name matching the registered wd138 account name).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, if requested by the compliance team.

4.3 wd138 reserves the right to request enhanced due-diligence documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or for withdrawals above internally defined thresholds. Such requests do not imply any allegation of wrongdoing.

4.4 All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict accordance with wd138's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and are not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or by our licensed compliance obligations.

5.1 wd138 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made through any other channel will not be credited and may be subject to return fees charged by the originating institution.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. wd138 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure, including scheduled bank maintenance windows or e-wallet service interruptions.

5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from a family member, friend, or any other individual — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction. wd138 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.

5.5 wd138 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; wd138 is not responsible for any such external fees.

6.1 Withdrawal requests from verified wd138 accounts are processed within five (5) minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required under Clause 4.

6.2 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the wd138 account holder. wd138 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Before a withdrawal request is approved, the Member's account balance must not contain any unmet rollover obligations attached to active bonus credits. Any portion of the balance subject to an active rollover requirement will be ringfenced until that requirement is satisfied.

6.4 wd138 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of enhanced KYC review. The Member will be notified via the registered email address or live chat of any such hold and the steps required to resolve it.

6.5 wd138 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. External bank or e-wallet transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Member.

7.1 wd138 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. The specific terms of each promotion — including the eligible product vertical, rollover multiplier, minimum odds, maximum qualifying deposit, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page and constitute a binding supplement to these Terms for the duration of that promotion.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonus Funds:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at the stated rollover multiplier before any withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms do not contribute toward rollover completion.
• Bonus Funds are not transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until rollover obligations are fully met.
• wd138 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member. Subsequent deposit bonuses are governed by their individual promotion pages.

7.3 Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events (including Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) are subject to separate terms published at the time of each campaign. Dates for lunar and Hijri calendar events vary annually and will be confirmed in the relevant campaign materials.

7.4 wd138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, Members who have already opted in will be given a reasonable period to complete applicable rollover requirements.

8.1 All wagers are accepted subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules governing that product. Product rules are accessible within each game lobby and sportsbook market page.

8.2 Sportsbook. Pre-match and in-play wagers on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and all other listed markets are settled according to official results from the governing body of the relevant competition. In the event of a result dispute, wd138's settlement decision is final, subject to the internal review process described in Clause 8.5. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the bet to win; a void selection reduces the accumulator by that leg.

8.3 Live Casino. Live casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming and other certified providers are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or round, the outcome will be determined by the provider's recorded server data, which is authoritative and final.

8.4 Slots & RNG Games. Slot games and all random number generator (RNG)-based games are certified for fairness by the software providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. wd138 does not alter, influence, or override provider RNG outcomes.

8.5 Dispute Resolution. If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the wd138 support team within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. wd138 aims to resolve all wager disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wd138 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen payment instruments, provision of false identity documents, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Match fixing: Placing wagers on the outcome of any sporting event that you have directly or indirectly influenced, or in which you have access to privileged non-public information.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other Members to complete rollover obligations artificially, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine commercial risk.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between wd138 odds and those offered by other operators to guarantee risk-free profits.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place wagers, access game outcomes in advance, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion in poker: Sharing hole-card information, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other Members at the same table.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that have been wagered on the platform. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

9.2 wd138 employs automated fraud-detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in any investigation of fraudulent activity.

10.1 All content on the wd138 platform — including but not limited to the wd138 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wd138 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of wd138.

10.3 Scraping odds data, game outcomes, or any other structured data from the platform by automated means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms as well as applicable data protection legislation.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

11.2 wd138's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their wd138 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 wd138 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in uptime, performance, and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

11.4 wd138 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the Member's end, including mobile data interruptions during in-play betting or live casino sessions.

12.1 wd138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 wd138 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialise your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our compliance obligations.

12.3 You have the right to request a copy of the personal data wd138 holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate data, by contacting our support team. Data deletion requests will be assessed against our legal obligation to retain certain records.

13.1 wd138 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all Members with access to the following self-management tools, available at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, wd138 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or a notice displayed on the platform upon login.

14.2 Your continued use of the wd138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. wd138 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. The platform is accessible to Indonesian residents who use it on the understanding that online gambling is their personal responsibility under applicable local laws.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through wd138's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

15.3 Nothing in this clause limits wd138's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms, particularly in relation to fraudulent conduct or intellectual property infringement.
